Torchgrip is a great grip and stand for the tablet computer, in my case a Samsung Galaxy Tab. The grip fits comfortably in my hand and allows me to rotate the tablet with confidence and ease. Torchgrip is also a versatile tablet stand and it works well of hard and soft surfaces. I have used it successfully on an airplane tray as well.
The ring is easy to attach with a well-designed template to make sure it is centered on the tablet. The 3M adhesive ring makes sure the rotating base stays attached to my Samsung tablet, unlike the suction cup devices. I attached my ring directly to the tablet but you could easily attach it to most cases. The grip itself is removable for storage and easy transport. The YouTube videos were also helpful.

I am an elementary teacher that uses a tablet daily in the classroom. The TorchGrip changed how the tablet was handled in the classroom. I love being able to pull up a website or App and easily pass the tablet to a student with confidence. Students like being able to easily rotate the screen for better viewing. I know that tablet can easily be carried with one hand and I am not afraid to let the students move around the classroom for group work or individual work sessions.
Besides using the TorchGrip in the classroom, I use it at home as well. My 5 year old son can easily set up the tablet to play games and practice his writing skills. The handle allows him to move from the floor to the table and adjust the screen depending on what he is working on. He can also hold the tablet for me while I help him with one hand and hold a 5 month old with the other hand. I recently used my tablet to record my son singing in his school music concert. The TorchGrip was very useful because I could use the handle to hold up my tablet steady, with one hand, for 20 minutes straight. I was able to enjoy the concert and record the memories all at the same time effortlessly.

I bought this a little over a year ago. Now I’m hooked. Torchgrip is now a part of my iPad forever. It is perfect for watching movies in bed. Easily removed for carrying in ,y backpack. Everyone should own Torchgrip.
